My website is getting a fresh relaunch.
I moved from GoDaddy to Squarespace, giving everything a cleaner, simpler, more welcoming home. The Crane Design Co. has helped me streamline this thing, and I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead. It feels less like “updating a website” and more like opening the front door to a new season.
And what a season it is.

Why Planet Acorn?

People sometimes ask where the name Planet Acorn came from. The short answer is: possibility.
An acorn is small, but it holds an entire tree inside it. A tiny thing carrying something much bigger than itself. That idea has always spoken to me. Stories begin as little sparks. Ideas start small. Communities grow one connection at a time. Joy can begin in one tiny moment and spread.
Planet Acorn became the name for the world where all of that lives.
A place for stories, imagination, laughter, performances, weddings, characters, adventures, and creative surprises.
My Producer Phase
For years, I’ve loved creating as a storyteller, performer, and idea machine. But lately, something new has been growing.
I’ve entered what I like to call my producer phase.
That means I’m not just dreaming up ideas—I’m building them, organizing them, collaborating on them, and bringing them into the world in bigger ways. Creating experiences. Creating opportunities. Creating momentum.
Turns out, that’s a lot of fun.

Big News: Ribbon Cutting on May 8
One of the biggest upcoming moments is my Ribbon Cutting Celebration on May 8.
It’s one of those milestones that makes you pause and smile. There’s something special about officially marking a new chapter—not just in business, but in life. I’m looking forward to celebrating with friends, community, and anyone curious enough to wander into the world of Planet Acorn.

Another joyful surprise in this season: weddings.
I’m currently working with three couples as their officiant and reception entertainment host, and I’ve been loving every minute of it.
Helping couples create meaningful, fun, memorable ceremonies—and then helping everyone celebrate afterward—fits so naturally with what I care about most: connection, laughter, shared moments, and stories people will remember forever.
Love, creativity, and a microphone? That’s a strong combo.

It’s weird. It’s playful. It makes me laugh. It lets me explore that side of creativity where silliness and storytelling shake hands and run into the woods together.
Honestly, that’s one of my favorite places to be.
